In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we explain what data we process when you use this website or contact us, why, and what your rights are.

If you create your Karamelo Card: your first name, surname, date of birth, WhatsApp or email and the events you attend, to give you stamps, check that you are over 18, recognise you if you change phone and manage your free ticket. If you tick the news box, also to tell you about upcoming events and offers. We store a technical cookie (km_socio) to remember your card on your phone.
If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, number or email and whatever you tell us, to answer your questions about events, tickets, bookings or classes.
If you buy a ticket: the purchase is made on Worldtickets, which processes your data according to its own privacy policy. As organisers, we may receive the data needed to manage access to the event.
When you browse the website: we only use analytics or advertising cookies if you accept them in the cookie notice. Full details are in the Cookie policy.
Photos and videos at events: we may publish images of the atmosphere on the website and social media. If you appear and would prefer them not to be published, write to us and we'll remove them.
Promoter and taxi dancer applications: contact details, date of birth, Instagram, video, experience and rate, to assess the application and get in touch. Kept for 12 months if no collaboration follows.
Event requests: contact and event details, to prepare the quote and manage the booking.
Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): when you contact us voluntarily or accept cookies. You can withdraw it at any time.
Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to manage your ticket or booking.
Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): tax obligations, public entertainment regulations and minimum age checks.
Karamelo Card data, for as long as you use it: if you ask to unsubscribe or 2 years pass without any attendance, we delete it. Enquiries, for as long as needed to reply and a maximum of 12 months. Promoter and taxi dancer applications and event requests that don't go ahead, 12 months. Customer data, for the duration of the relationship and then blocked for the legal retention periods (usually 4 to 6 years). Cookies, for the period stated in the Cookie policy.
We don't sell your data. Only the providers we need to operate have access to it:
• Hostinger International Ltd., website hosting.
• WhatsApp Ireland Limited, if you message us on WhatsApp.
• Worldtickets (worldtickets.es), ticket sales, if you buy your ticket there.
• Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.
• Public authorities, courts or law enforcement, when required by law.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU (for example, in the US) under the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
You can ask us to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its use, object to its processing, request its portability, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@cha3ykaramelo.com or by post to Calle de San Pol de Mar, 1, 28008 Madrid, with the subject “Data protection” and a way to identify yourself.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
Karamelo is for people aged 18 and overonly. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect any, we delete it.
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and we apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
