Dance, be part of the team and get paid for it

We're looking for dancers who want to join the Karamelo team at Sala Cha3. Your mission: dance, look after people who come alone or are just starting out, spread good vibes on the floor and be the face of our SBK nights. You're paid per night, and you tell us your rate.

Your role

What you'll do at Karamelo

Our promoters and taxi dancers are the heart of every night. This is what you'll do at each event:

Ask people to dance

Especially beginners and people who come on their own. You make sure nobody is left sitting in a corner and everyone feels welcome from the very first song.

Get the floor going

Build the atmosphere from the first track. Dance with energy, join the party and keep everyone wanting to dance all night long.

Be the face of Karamelo

Welcome people at the venue, share our events on your Instagram and recommend the night so the Karamelo family keeps growing every Saturday.

Application

Essential requirements

We're looking for commitment, friendliness and a passion for dance. Applications that don't meet these requirements won't be considered:

• Be 18 or over.

• Dance salsa and bachata confidently (intermediate level or above) and be able to lead or follow beginners.

• Available on Saturday nights (23:30 to 05:30).

• Friendly, patient and respectful. Dancing is a game: never insist when someone says no.

• Punctual and well presented.

• An active Instagram account, so we can get to know you and you can share our events.
